David Wicker F.C.M.A

Founding Principal of Biztract, David has over thirty years of business experience as a Fellow Charted Management Accountant and member of C.G.M.A. and the IoD. He has contributed strategically and commercially in senior FD roles throughout his career.

His key differentiator is his strength in commercial skills and communication, where he has substantially improved company performance during his career with both corporates and SMEs, and in sectors across manufacturing, distribution and service through to retail, food and building services.

Away from work, David has been keen on playing golf, sailing and cycling for many years, and to this he adds rugby as a keen interest – sensibly watching rather than playing it now!


Trevor Hills

A founding Principal of Biztract, Trevor has several decades of experience as a successful business owner and (latterly) as a management consultant and coach to blue chip companies and SMEs.

His emphasis within BizTract is on business economics, business development and effective employee management – improving firms’ performance by strengthening internal structures and making room for entrepreneurial activity, growth and exploiting profit opportunities.

As well as being a Bachelor of Law, Master of Science and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Trevor is a Member of the Institute of Physics and the IoD. Away from work, he has always been a versatile sportsman and has maintained a wide interest in arts, history and culture.
